Jim Lewis

Jim Lewis

Currently serving as President, Jim Lewis began volunteering for PIN at the 2014 Holiday Clearing House and especially enjoys working at the monthly produce drops.

He has been a practicing attorney for 43 years, the last 24 with the Columbus law firm Lane, Alton, and is a designated “Ohio Super Lawyer” for insurance coverage. A former senior assistant Franklin County prosecuting attorney, Jim currently serves as vice-chair of the Ohio Supreme Court's Advisory Committee on Language Services and co-chairs the International LL.M. Advisory Council of The Ohio State University's Moritz College of Law. An Army veteran, Jim is a member of the “Mission Court” Advisory Committee of the Delaware County Municipal Court, where he also mentors troubled military veterans. Fluent in Spanish, Jim actively supports PIN's outreach to Delaware County's growing immigrant community.

Jim resides in Genoa Township with his wife Barb, a Delaware County Commissioner. They have two grown sons, one of whom resides in Denver and the other in Columbus with his wife and their five youngsters.

Kirt Trimble

Kirt Trimble

Kirt Trimble , currently serving as Vice President, has been in the insurance business since 2010 and involved with the PIN Holiday Clearing House since 2004.  After graduating from the Fisher College of Business of The Ohio State University, he worked in underwriting and sales roles for Grange Insurance in Ohio and Kentucky. As a licensed Property, Casualty and Life agent, and 4th generation Trimble employee, he is excited to be part of the family legacy.

Kirt currently resides in Delaware and enjoys hiking, hunting and fishing with his dog Woodford when he is not helping clients or volunteering with PIN, The Ronald McDonald House of Central Ohio or Rotary International.

David Green

David Green is the Treasurer of the Board of Directors. He is a Principal at FocusCFO in Columbus, a company which empowers small and medium sized enterprises through sound financial management, forward thinking insights & tools, and proactive financial strategies. He formerly worked for Greif in Delaware. David is originally from Great Britain but left there in 1983 after receiving his CPA. Since then, he lived in Holland and Brazil before coming to the United States in 2001.

David resides in Powell and enjoys traveling, photography and sports when he is not helping clients or volunteering with PIN.  He has two grown sons.

Barb Benton

Barb Benton
Barbara Benton leads The Ohio Society of CPAs’ legislative and regulatory efforts at the state and federal levels.  She has over 25 years of experience lobbying on behalf of the CPA profession, focusing on professional regulation, tax, accounting, auditing and general business issues.  

A summa cum laude graduate of Otterbein University, Barb is a leader of the Ohio Alliance for Civil Justice coalition and past president of the Ohio Lobbying Association.  Most recently she led the Ohio Municipal Tax Reform Coalition, an organization representing 365,000 Ohio businesses and professionals.   On the national level she is active with the American Society of Association Executives, including serving as chair of the Government Relations Section Council.

Barb and her husband, Jeff, live in Orange Township.  They have four sons, two grandchildren and one very cute bulldog.

Amy Bonacuse
Amy Bonacuse is an experienced communications and marketing professional with a passion for storytelling, brand building and public relations.

As the former Vice President of Communications for The Ohio Society of CPAs, Amy provided executive counsel for advocacy, fundraising and public awareness campaigns and also oversaw member communications and digital strategy.  She has also developed national consumer and B2B campaigns for clients in the healthcare, retail, and manufacturing sectors, led marketing efforts for The Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption and was Director of Public Relations for Rite Aid Corporation. Amy has called Delaware County home since 2001 and is committed to giving back to this growing and generous community.

Cheryl Caudill

Cheryl Caudill is an experienced technical marketing and communications professional focusing on business to business marketing management, new product development, strategic planning, customer insight, trade show coordination, event planning and CRM database management. 

Cheryl learned about PIN and started volunteering at the Produce Markets when she joined Greif, Inc. in May 2016 as the Marketing Communications & Brand Manager.  Previously, she spent 22 years marketing plastic film to the envelope, label, printing and packaging markets for Multi-Plastics, Inc.

Delaware County has been home for Cheryl since 1984. She attended Big Walnut High School, graduated from The Ohio State University and married her high school sweetheart, Dennis.  She also has a passion for fitness, and is certified as a Personal Trainer, Spinning and Pilates Instructor.

Melanie Crane
Melanie Crane acquired knowledge of PIN through the Leadership Delaware program in 2015.  Melanie is currently the Controller at V&P Hydraulic Products, LLC.  Originally a native of Cincinnati, Melanie attended college in Tiffin, Ohio. During her studies at Heidelberg College, Melanie majored in Business Administration and played soccer. Upon graduation, she moved to the Columbus area and currently lives in Delaware where she enjoys running, boating, volunteering, and spending time with family. 

Gary Francis
Mr. Francis is the Broker/Owner of American Dream Realty and Francis Appraisal Group located in Powell, Ohio and has been in the real estate business since 1978. He just completed a six year term on the Board of Directors at The Columbus Board of Realtors serving 10 counties in Central Ohio. Mr. Francis grew up in Cincinnati, Ohio and graduated from The Ohio State University. He has also been an instructor at Columbus State, Bliss College, and Hondros College in real estate and appraising.

Gary and his wife Kim reside in Powell, and have two adult children.

Tom Kleven

Tom Kleven began his involvement with PIN over ten years ago working as a volunteer through the Olentangy Rotary Club. He has worked to expand the club’s involvement in the Holiday Clearing House, school supplies and smoke alarm batteries among other projects.

Tom is a sales representative for Vortex Metals. He has spent his career as a business owner and sales executive working in the industrial distribution of metals.

He and his wife Debbie are long time Powell residents, graduates of the Ohio State University and have two adult children. Tom is an avid golfer, enjoys sports in general and likes to travel.

Lindsay Smith
Lindsay Smith learned about PIN from volunteering representing Richwood Bank at the Produce Market in 2015. Lindsay is a consumer, commercial, and agricultural loan officer at Richwood Bank. Lindsay has worked for Richwood Bank since 2015 right after graduating from college. Lindsay was raised with a background in business and agriculture from her family’s convenient store- The Corner Market – and their Holstein dairy and grain farm. She graduated from The Ohio State University with a bachelor’s degree in agribusiness and applied economics.

Lindsay has served on many boards and committees in the local Delaware area representing the ag community. Lindsay currently lives with her husband in Logan County and enjoys being outside helping on the farm, spending time with family, or running. Lindsay is actively involved volunteering for the bank and holding roles on internal organizations-- Task Force and Boom Crew. Outside of the bank, Lindsay is involved with Rotary International, PIN, and 4-H.
